BEGINNER DECORATIVE PAINTING WITH ACRYLICS
No talent needed~ just a desire to learn to paint. In this 4- week beginner series you will learn the basics of Decorative Painting techniques, meet new friends and explore the joy of creating your own masterpieces. Learn to prep many surfaces, how to read directions, transfer patterns, basecoating, shading, creating an heirloom quality finish, brush care & many techniques and tips in a step- by- step manner. No drawing is required, you will use provided patterns. This series is required before joining in my project classes. Supply list provided upon payment. Kit available for purchase from instructor with advance notice.

DECORATIVE ACRYLIC PAINTING PROJECT CLASSES
Each project is different! Paint on many surfaces & continue your art education with each class. We’ll paint everything from still lifes to florals, landscapes to cute seasonal projects. YOU choose which projects you’d like to do.
Some classes will require homework done before class & some may take more than one session to complete.
Pre-requisite: My “Beginner Decorative Painting Techniques Series” or prior acrylic Decorative Painting classes. Class photos & supply lists for each project will be posted online on the instructor’s website & available upon payment at Park District. Monday evenings beginning Oct. 12. Class fee is $20/23 per each 2 ½ hr session. Supplies not included.

Create new items in each class. Polymer clay can be baked in your home oven
or a toaster oven so you can continue to produce fabulous pieces at home.

JEWELRY MAKING BASICS WORKSHOP
Let’s make our own jewelry!! Bring your teens, girlfriends, co-workers & have fun while making an earring & necklace (or bracelet) set that matches.
It’s easier than you think. You will learn how to string beads, attach dangles & clasps, crimping, making loops and all about the tools, terms, wires and get many tips. You’ll even be able to repair most broken jewelry. Supply list available upon registering.
