You will need large, firm boxes to transport EACH of your pictures home in since they will take a few days to dry.
Boxes should keep paintings level and not leak.                   (make room for boxes to lay flat in your car before you come).
You could line your containers with foil. plastic etc. so any liquids in them won't come out. Or use foil roasting pans, cake pans,
pizza boxes, etc. They work good for this if your canvas fits in it.

I suggest 2 or 3 canvases  (or more) that have sides (not the flat boards).   A10x10" or 12 x 12 or similar sizes for one of the techniques.
They must fit in your boxes.   Do not paint your canvases.  ***If not pouring on canvases, bring something to put under the corners to hold it off the surface.
      Before class:
-Put  some PUSH PINS into each corner on the back of your canvases. (push them all the way into the wood frame area closer to the center of the canvas- not by the outer edge. I usually put them into the crack. Use push pins that stand out, not flat.) They will hold your canvas off the surface and level.

Bring:
Several smaller( maybe about 4 " tall aprox) plastic cups(at least 5 per canvas + 2 or more). you need a cup for each color you use + one.

Paints:  White, black + 3 or 4 colors of paint that you like.(or more) Choose colors that are bright or rich  or  can be from same color family or contasting.  A little metallic are great to use.            I like aqua + copper, Gold + blues & purples..etc.If you aren't sure bring a bunch and decide after I demo. The brand of paints doesn't matter (but NO apple barrel white! )  I recommend the 2 oz bottles size- not expensive ones.                     It won't take alot of paint -except bring alot of white & black.

Popsicle  sticks to stir paint ,  a couple regular plastic straws
Elmers Glue All- not school glue or clear. Just regular elmers.
You might want some thin latex gloves if you worry about your hands or nails.
You will get messy.  Old clothes or coverup.
Bring an inexpensive brush- 1/2 or 3/4" size, or a foam brush is ok,   & lots of paper towels.
Wet ones or a rag  are optional too.   If you have extra paints that we've mixed with my ingredients, you might want to bring some small containters to take it home in.
**BRING YOUR OWN BEVERAGE .
I will be bringing a few necessary supplies to use also.
I will demonstrate several techniques then we will go at it! FUN FUN!!

++ IF YOU GET NEWSPAPERS, PLEASE BRING SOME TO CATCH PAINTS. I'LL BRING SOME PLASTIC TABLE CLOTHS BUT WE MIGHT NEED MORE. THAT WOULD HELP ME OUT.  THANKS.
