Poor Witch has had a trick played on her!
She has to ride on Halloween night without a shoe or hat! Oh dear!
My new design is painted on RocLon room darkening drapery fabric* as a banner, but you could paint this fun project on wood, canvas or other fabric. It could be a wall plaque, a tray, on a boxtop, etc.
*About RocLon fabric: Its available at Hobby Lobby and probably Joannes. It comes very wide so you can probably share if you want. Not expensive. It has a white side that feels like fabric and the other side is more "rubbery" but you can paint on both sides. It won't fray and cuts nicely . You can use it outdoors too. I didn't use a fabric medium for this project.
